Complete table layout with warmer and skirting. Full set of bio-degradableware and serviette provided. Transportation charge is $50.00 per round trip & split delivery is $70.00 per 2 round trips. Orders must be placed 3 working days before 12PM of the day of delivery. Additional surcharge of $10 applicable for off-shore deliveries. Payment of 30% as confirmation. Food best consumed within 3 hours of delivery.
